Business Administration Intern

We are seeking a Business Administration Intern who is passionate about contributing to a team environment and desires exposure to multiple functions, though primarily in Legal and People Ops. The successful candidate will pay close attention to detail and have an eye for process improvement.  Responsibilities: Act as a primary for front desk management. Assist with record management for DD/IPO preparedness. Assist with streamlining document management and retention practices Conducting ad-hoc audits Work to streamline processes and procedures, identifying new and expanded uses for existing technologies. Contribute to automating repetitive processes while identifying redundancies. Assist with interview scheduling and creating a career ladder for appropriate departments. Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Legal Studies, or related field. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience or coursework in business administration, compliance, or legal affairs is a plus. The hourly range for this full-time position is $25 - $30 per hour.
