Job Requisition ID #24WD76724Position OverviewThe Activation Operations Manager at Autodesk is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and efficient execution of strategies across pre-sales and post-sales phases. This role plays a critical part in integrating processes and technologies to support the company's growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesOversee the operational infrastructure of Autodesk's account team activation programs, optimizing systems and processes for high performance and scalabilityLead the integration of key technologies, such as CRM and analytics tools, to create a unified operational framework for activation and account-based marketing teamsManage logistics and operational details of training programs, workshops, and other initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across geographies for successful executionDevelop and implement operational metrics to monitor the effectiveness of activation programs, using insights to drive continuous improvementBe a primary operational liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in all aspects of activation programsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fieldHigh proficiency in English (C2 preferred) with experience in internal communicationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or business process analysis, within a sales or marketing context in a global company in the technology sectorExpertise in CRM systems, marketing operations technologies, and data analytics, with the ability to manage complex integrations and optimize workflowsExcellent project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional projects in a diverse cultural environmentProficiency in reporting and b data analysisWillingness to work flexible hours to facilitate collaboration with teams across different geographies#LI-BB3Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
