Job Requisition ID #24WD76783Position OverviewThe Technology Excellence Operations Lead plays an important role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the technology excellence team. You will oversee and improve team processes, facilitate communication between teams, and guide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Excellence, you will work with team leaders, partners, and teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies for streamlining operations, and implement solutions to address challenges. We are looking for strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to foster a positive and productive team environment.Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA.ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee the alignment of team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to deliver value for us observing our strategic objectivesYou will lead annual planning and initiative efforts for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsYou will manage the content and agenda for quarterly all-hands meetings, ensuring they are impactful and informativeCoordinate team offsite planning, establishing clear goals and follow-up tasks to maximize outcomesIdentify areas for improvement through team pulse assessments and develop action plans accordinglyManage budgetary considerations related to team operations and initiativesTake ownership of the team calendar and oversee daily operations and alignment with prioritiesWe foster a greater sense of connectedness and cohesion within a globally distributed team through strategic initiatives and communication effortsMinimum Qualifications2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, with a focus on technical settingsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and partnersCreative thinker with a passion for optimizing connected experiences for remote teamsProficiency in project management software and tools, especially AirtableWillingness to travel for conferences and related activitiesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,100 and $143,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
