Product offerings include inmate release cards, work release cards, juror pay cards, and other industry specific card programs. With years of experience providing a diverse range of prepaid card solutions for disbursement and funds management, and a strong portfolio of strategic partnerships and industry alliances. With over 300 agencies using the products, Numi’s disbursement solution products streamline operations and provide substantial cost and resource savings for government agencies of all sizes. For this roles, responsibilities disclosed as follows:Cards Activation.Pin resetsLost/Stolen cards. Update personal information.Block cards Check request. Archive accounts CallbacksVoicemails Requested statements and escalations. Qualifications and Education Requirements:High School diplomaCandidates with financial experience are a plus, but not required.Good verbal and written communication skills in English Language B2+ or above.Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.Must be proficient in MS office products.
