Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Sales Operations Analyst, Incentive CompensationThe Sales Operations Analyst, Incentive Compensation, is a vital member of the Revenue Operations team. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business or accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or FP&A.In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive commissions administration which includes distribution of sales incentive plans and processing calculations for all commissionable positions for an assigned area. This process will require you to interface with field sales, HR, payroll, Sales Operations and Sales Finance as part of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills; initiative and solving problems to help drive greater efficiency and process automation.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of our sales incentive compensation plans globally, ensuring payments are accurate, timely and paid in accordance with the plans.Be the expert resource for the various plans the team is responsible for administering. This includes general commission rules and specific commission plan requirements for all the various plan types and understanding system capabilities.Serve as a point of contact for their assigned area and perform research as needed to help resolve issues and develop appropriate solutions to resolve exception payment requirements.Generate timely issuance of Goal Achievement Plans (GAPs) to compensation plan participants as needed; ensure participants’ questions and concerns are addressed.Develop, maintain, and update processes critical to data accuracy for the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics.Perform ad-hoc analysis pertaining to incentive and commissions data for various partners or department reporting.Conduct periodic training with participants and managers to ensure that plans are well communicated and well understood by participants.Assist in new plan year system requirements, system updates, UAT and providing support for Commission Administration projects.Providing research and documentation for Internal Audit requests on an as-needed basisRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.Experience in commission compensation a plus, including strong experience with ICM/SPMs (preferably Callidus).Ability to adjust communication style to varying levels of leadership.Ability to work independently with general direction in a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent verbal, and written communications skills and changing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional groupsAdvanced Excel SkillsInductive and deductive reasoningExcellent attention to detail skillsExperience with Salesforce.comIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
