If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Broadcom is seeking a self-motivated, driven Product Owner to join our Mainframe Software Division in Plano Texas.About the Role:In this role, you will consult and collaborate with the Product Manager, Customers and work with Engineering scrum teams on a daily basis to ensure we are focused on delivering the value our customers need.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables• Translate customer and business needs into technology and product requirements• Work with engineering, SME's, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog for Scrum teams• Be responsible for internal and external communication of product development and manage stakeholder expectations• Collaborate with internal teams including UX/UI, Technical Documentation, Engineering, and Support, to refine and manage the product, release, and iteration backlogs• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Consultants to create, refine, and document Capabilities, Features, and User Stories for our products• Working with the Scrum Masters and Program Management, organize, coordinate, schedule, and conduct Scrum ceremonies and meetings such as sprint reviews, backlog refinement and grooming, and PI Planning and Readout meetingsQualifications and Requirements• 4 year Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or Business IT field• At least 12+ years' experience in a Product Owner/Management role• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum Environment is high desired• Experience and knowledge of databases is desired• Mainframe experience is a plus• Good understanding and working knowledge of the software development life cycle• Strong teammate who is able to fit in and provide direction to a well-established and mature Scrum teams• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Development and/or operations experience in an enterprise setting is a plusIf you want to realize your potential, be acknowledged for your achievements, work with an experienced and inspiring scrum teams; and, if you want to work with a company that respects you as an individual - recognizing both your needs at work and your responsibilities outside of it - then Broadcom is where you belong.At Broadcom, your passion and expertise can directly impact the business and you will help provide our customers with products and help them realize value through IT.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
