With plenty of opportunities for growth and learning, blaze your own trail with us.Your Day to Day As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you would be working on:Define and deliver a product vision for AI to solve customer problems, based on deep customer empathy and discovery work; together with your cross-functional partners from Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessCommunicate with (senior) leadership and stakeholders.  Function as the voice of your domain by pitching ideas, educating, evangelizing, and storytellingContinuously measure success by diligently defining and tracking metrics. Make quick decisions to pivot as neededKeep up-to-date and adopt a humble life-learner mindset.  Monitor evolving market trends, technological shifts, and opportunities in the rapidly changing world of AIWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Staff Product Manager, AI, your background will look like:6+ years of experience in Product Management defining, delivering, and driving adoption of customer-facing SaaS products (preferably in a B2B context)Delivered and driven adoption of at least one customer-facing end-to-end AI/ML solutionStrong written and verbal (English) communication skillsFundamental technical understanding of AI via education or personal projectsIt would be helpful to have experience in the ITSM, Remote Management, and/or UEM space, and familiarity with SMB and MSP personasAt GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment.
