We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! We have a phenomenal opportunity within the Benefits Center of Excellent (COE) team for you to learn and deepen your understanding of how we design, deliver and measure success of our awesome benefits at Adobe.Our benefits philosophy is to design and deliver inclusive, competitive, and value driven benefits programs that provide peace of mind for employees, with focus on seamless experience and scale.This role will have first-hand exposure to how the benefit COE team makes this philosophy come alive by driving and supporting benefits programs across LATAM countries.What You’ll doWe identify the following bodies of work for this role;1. Benefits Program Design – Work with external consultant to design competitive benefits offering across LATAM such as medical, retirement, time off and leave, wellbeing programs etc. Projects on the horizon Enhanced Parental leave, Brazil Retirement, medical plan review, any benefits related to future of work.2. Drive benefits administration foundation - enhance the benefits administration and support foundation by creating process guide, working with benefits outsourcing administrator to up level its service, define clear ownership across stakeholders3. Employee Experience - Respond timely to benefits escalation from managers and employees on plan details and other special inquiries. These benefits escalations are those that cannot be answered by our outsourcing support team (Darwin) or employee resource center.4. Program Communication / Marketing – work with communication team to create a go-to-market strategy on new program launch and on-going communication campaign to promote and educate employees on the benefits programs.5. Special projects – This role might be involved in special projects outside of LATAM from time to time.6. Hybrid Functionality - Incorporating elements of ERC service delivery into the role whilst advising on local legislation and culture from a wider EX perspective,What you need to succeed• 7+ years + experience in HR and benefits related field• Strong understanding of LATAM benefits trend, compliance and needs of local employees while keeping the global benefits philosophy in mind• Strong project management skill, ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment• Ability to influence and partner with local business management and internal teams• Ability to manage various stakeholders such as ERC, payroll, communication, legal and vendors• Strong communicator across levels – how to present complex ideas in simple terms• Language requirement is Portuguese and English, Spanish is a nice to haveOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $67,800 -- $151,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
