Electrical and Electronic EngineerDescription -What a Electrical and Electronic Engineer does in HP:Designs engineering solutions, utilizing multiple engineering disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions based on established engineering principles and development technology guidelines, while ensuring cost effectiveness and quality.Manage and facilitate Electrical & Electronic aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) while coordinating with R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing Partners (MPA).Ensures optimization of concepts and designs with analytical and physical assessments, to increase efficiency and improve quality.Conduct assessments on product designs and project undertakings, ensuring conformity with manufacturing guidelines and standards.Provide feedback based on evaluation results to enhance the quality of the product and reduce the probability of failure.Primary liaison for product electronics/electrical performance and implemented rectifying measures to drive improvement.Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.Delivers professionally written reports, and supports the realization of other operational and strategic plans.Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:Four-year or Graduate Degree in , Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design, engineering design tools and software packages, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred Certifications: Product Certification, Six Sigma Certification.Knowledge & SkillsAgile Methodology.Amazon Web Services.Angular (Web Framework.Application Programming Interface (API).Automation.CI/CD.DevOps.Java, JavaScript (Programming Language).Kubernetes.Machine Learning.Microservices.Python, SQL (Programming Language).React.js.Scalability.Software Development Life Cycle.Cross-Org SkillsEffective Communication.Results Orientation.Learning Agility.Digital Fluency.Customer CentricitySustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
