PR Communications Associate BeneluxDescription -What a Communications-PR associate does at HP:The PR Communications Associate is part of the Northwest Europe Communications team and will report to the Head of Communications NWE. This market consists of three clusters: Benelux, Nordics, UK&I. You will work in a very international environment and your activities will include both Benelux activities as well as projects across the NWE-market. Travel will be part of your role.Your work location is the HP office in Amstelveen.Responsibilities:Develops and creates communication content and stories, including press releases, digital articles, videos, newsletters and social media assets, tailored to the country/market.Supports the development of strong relationships with media, analysts and influencers across a range of categories and ecosystems.Conducts market research to determine the ideal messaging strategies for audiences in different countries/markets.Supports media pitches and produces coverage reports, and assists in developing, refining, and promoting the product narrative in relevant countries/markets.Deliver communications strategies supporting our diverse portfolio such as gaming, PC’s, Printers, Workforce Solutions, 3D, industrial printing. Some of our main thought leadership topics are innovation, sustainability, security and AI.Support and/or lead internal and external (media) eventsMeasures and analyzes country/market specific campaigns' performances using audience metrics and delivers informed reports to stakeholders with support from data analytics resources.Helps create and implement strategic media relations plans tailored to the country/market to significantly increase brand awareness of the organization.Collaborates with cross-functional partners to achieve country/market specific communications goals.Keeps themselves and the team up to date on industry news and competitor activities in all applicable countries/markets by monitoring news media and current events.Engages externally on behalf of the company (e.g. targeted media outreach, liaising with conference organizers, collaborating with partners), under the guidance of experienced team members.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor’s or University degree in Communications+/- 2 years of experience, working for a communications agency or communications and PR (related) role at a company.Self-starter with ability to work effectively in both local and regional remote teams Media-savvy with experience across earned, owned, shared, and paid media. Both press as social media & influencer marketingExperience in tech a bonus but not a must.Blend of creative mindset with hands-on communications skills Excellent writing and editing skills  Talent for project managementTeam player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills  Good communications and presentation skills Ability to build relationships with key journalists, influencers, and internal stakeholders Native Dutch speaking and fluency in English required.
