Manager, Sustainability Customer Success AMS and APJDescription -What a Manager, Sustainability Customer Success AMS and APJ does in HP:This team’s mission is to enable HP to efficiently support our customers on their sustainability journey and turn this into a demonstrable competitive advantage across the markets we have presence. As part of this role, this person will be responsible for defining the overall go-to-market strategy for five markets - North America, Latin America, Greater Asia, Greater China and Greater India. Part of the responsibilities include:Leading a diverse team spread across multiple countries that is responsible to support the business on the ground as sustainability go-to-market subject matter experts;In partnership with the Commercial Organization, defining strategies to support customer and partners engagements, including SLAs and engagement plans;Setting goals and deliver on yearly plans, leading the team to execute accordingly;Ensure operational excellence on budget execution, reports, quarterly business reviews and dashboards;Identify customer needs, insights and trends that will guide the development of solutions and assets at a worldwide levelEnable the development of sustainability messaging to consumer and commercial customers, as well as marketing campaigns in partnership with other go-to-market teamsHelp drive brand differentiation and positive impact at a market level through community programsSupport continuous improvement of sales support processes to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) with sustainability requirementsProvide guidance and input for the development of sales-support materials, and sales trainingsSupport virtual and in-person customer and channel briefings when needed, as well as acting as spokesperson at key events and thought leadership opportunitiesIndividuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:Minimum of 7-10 years work experience and 3-5 years managing teams, preferably in sustainability, business development, business or project management.Passion for sustainability and drive to make a positive difference.Bachelor's or Master's degree (sustainability or environmental focus would be a plus).Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and to lead, negotiate and influence different types of stakeholders.Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally to external audiences like customers and partners.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to influence and negotiation mindsetCapacity to see “the big picture” in complex, fluid situations, then prioritize and take action with calm and efficiency, working at a fast pace in a flexible manner.Enthusiasm, ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Authentic customer service orientation combined with solid business acumen.Strong teamworking and demonstrable leadership skillsAbility to work with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
