You will work closely with senior People leaders and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and solutions.Report monthly insights and analytics on people planning and forecast to enable key management decisions.Actively propose and execute different People initiatives to positively impact our employee engagement and diversity plan.Support monitor and report on people transformation projects.Who are we looking for?An innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, looking for different perspectives and trying new things.An ability to understand, meet and apply business sense to multiple stakeholders’ needs.A practical, logical thinker, resourceful, excellent attention to detail and reliable.Collaborator, capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures.Enthusiastic, flexible, ability to multi-task, and calm under pressure.First-level university degree preferred in Business Administration or Human Resources.3-4 years of experience in the People Functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field.Good program management skills.First class written and oral communication skills in English.Advanced level in MS Office, especially working with PowerPoint and Excel.We love our work environment and career growth journey.
