If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to work on continuous improvement efforts in a small development team environment.  Efforts will be focused on implementation of functional software solutions, as well as test automation and further evolution of robust CI/CD pipelines.  You will work with product management to help define software requirements and implement the solutions in a small development team environment.  In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision while also collaborating with team members.  You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills, experience in agile methodologies is a plus.  The individual and team goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality software design and architectureProducing, testing and debugging software solutionsProviding peer leadership in an Agile team environmentTechnical interaction with product management and customersCoordination with management and internal teamsAutomate tasks through appropriate tools and scriptingPerform validation and verification testingDocument development phases and monitor systemsEnsure software is up-to-date with latest technologiesRequirementsProven Mainframe knowledge and skillsIBM Assembler language proficiencyC/C++ and Java language proficiencyDB2 and relational database and internals skillsDatabase design and SQL skillsSource control systems and interactive debugging tool experienceExperience developing/utilizing test automation Experience with DevOps and Continuous integration toolsStrong Database Application design and implementation skills including schema design, queries, procedures, triggers etc.Familiarity with various operating systems, particularly z/OSAnalytical mind with problem-solving aptitudeExperience : Bachelor's and 5+ years of related experience Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000  - $130,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
