Work alongside UX, engineering and business partners to drive significant outcomes for Workday and our customers.When you join Workday as a Product Manager, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our applications, product development methodology, and processes through formal and informal training to become the owner of the functional application design for your domain. You will combine your functional and systems knowledge to analyze customer business processes, their system environment, and assemble business requirements. You will collaborate internally to turn these requirements into next-generation business applications. We apply agile development methodologies, and you will be the product owner ensuring that the product you intend to build, gets deliveredAbout YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Software Development Engineer, QA Engineer, SDE in Test, enterprise financials systems manager, finance professional, or functional consultant.Experience developing or implementing enterprise applications, such as Finance, HCM, CRM or othersOther QualificationsBS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experienceHands-on experience with ERP software in large enterprise environmentsExperience working with software developers in an Agile environmentFunctional knowledge of accounts payable, accounting, or procure-to-pay processes is an advantageA highly motivated, quick learner, who thrives on creatively solving tough problems Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven track record as the voice of the customer for multiple teams and projectsWorkday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
