This team has successfully launched watches, handbags, sneakers, trading card, and apparel authentication in the US, CA, AU, UK and DE in under three years. We are a group of diverse teammates who together make a complete business unit and are seeking an organized project manager to keep all of our global facilities projects on track.The RoleYou will be joining the Authentication team as the Project Manager of Authentication Operations, with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the evolution of our fast-growing facilities. In this role, you will project manage all facilities workstreams. Success in this role entails detailed project management of all deliverables and owners, professional and clear communication, and onsite support as needed. You are organized, comfortable running meetings, a strong collaborator, and extremely detail oriented. Weekly status updates, workback plans, and tracking many workstreams at once are areas you excel.ResponsibilitiesOwn the project management with a focus on facilities workstreams across the Authenticity Guarantee programDevelop and maintain up to date project plans to keep teams and counterparts on target for all deliverablesSupport and lead GTM or other projects that arise as part of the broader PMOBuild work back plans and hold counterparts accountable through regular reviews you lead with clear agendas, notes and follow ups documentedChase down owners of milestones to ensure completion as neededEvaluate risks to timelines and “icebergs ahead” and escalate as neededDevelop reporting and provide analytics as needed for facilityParticipate in regular cross-functional update meetings and provide updates on facility projectsManage multiple work streams and projects in a fast-moving environment by liaising with cross functional partners such as: shipping, insurance, EMR and moreHost meetings with cross functional partners and (separately) external vendors to review milestones, status, and identify risks or adjusted timelinesCreatively problem solve for timeline challenges while mitigating risk and maintaining transparencyTravel to sites as neededQualifications3-5+ years in project management or program managementTools: MS Project, Smart sheet, ExcelAgility, comfort with changing/ evolving directionStrong communication is criticalAbility to work independently to achieve goals on timeTime management/ sense of urgencyAbility to hold others accountableExtremely detail oriented and organizedFollow throughComfort with change managementAuthentication and/ or operations experience (nice to have)A generalist who can flex and deliver on evolving business needsThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$106,800 - $162,800Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
