This position requires technical curiosity, business sense in addition to strong project management skills. You should have a passion for delivering end-to-end Identity Product and platform experiences for Apple’s Consumer and Corporate customers. You will drive strategy, roadmap and direction setting for Apple’s Identity Management Services Products and Platform. We are looking for someone who can adapt and respond to changes proactively and efficiently. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Prefer 5+ years of demonstrated ability in the product / program management role or similar management consulting experience. Ability to conceptualize and drive sophisticated projects with cross-functional teams competing priorities & tight timelines. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with individuals at all levels and develop partnerships. Excellent analytical demeanor and attention to detail, especially in predicting and preventing potential future challenges. Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm. Proven track record to create and deliver effective executive communication. Outstanding interpersonal skills, for collaborating across many participating teams. Experience crafting program roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product/program vision and leading design discussions. Familiarity with rapid software development cycles. Experience with Identity Management solutions is a huge plus but not required. Understanding of Technical infrastructure, and operations is an advantage. Description Description Independently lead projects of varying scale and complexity with cross-functional development teams with only consultative direction from leadership. You will review business requirements, ensure clarity and establish expectations for services requested while developing and executing processes, frameworks, metrics, project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables and resources. You will prioritize team activities and drive resolution of issues across all areas of the program while communicating status and issues to teams, leadership and other partners. You will advise and carry out risk assessment and mitigation plans as needed. Execution is critical, consequently, you will drive mission critical programs with cross-functional organizations and teams. You will prioritize issues and manage the details as well as the big picture. Being able to think on your feet is important, as is the ability to efficiently debate the validity of a given approach to any aspect of a project. You will represent the engineering teams with other internal and external organizations within Apple. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300.00 and $199,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
