This individual will work closely with LSHC sales business partners, Sales Leaders, Compensation, and Finance teams from the USA, UK, and APAC regions. Strong analytics capability and exceptional attention to detail are essential for this role due to the complexity and sensitivity of the sales data project. We encourage individuals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and thrive in a collaborative environment to apply.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments· Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mathematical, Statistical, Computer Science, or Engineering fields.· Atleast 5 years of experience in data management, focusing on implementing automated and scalable quality, governance, and process best practices.· Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Salesforce.com, VBA, SQL, and database management/warehouse solutions.· Deep knowledge in data quality, data mining, data governance, and master data management; exposure to data science, architecture, or engineering is advantageous.It would be great if you also had . . .· Certified in Data Analytics· Proficient in handling CRM datasets, particularly Salesforce· Experienced in ETL tools.What will you be doing in this role?· Ensure continual data integrity, quality, and operational efficiency by managing and enhancing data quality and consistency.· Oversee maintenance of data quality through deduplication rules, data imports/exports, and accurate record merging.· Execute comprehensive data quality program focusing on completeness, standardization, and deduplication.· Develop and deploy automated data policies and processes covering data extraction, translation, quality assurance, master data management, and lifecycle management.· Utilize tools like Power BI, Excel, Salesforce.com for data retrieval and analysis, create reports, controls, dashboards to proactively identify and address data issues, while continuously monitoring data quality.Product you will be developingDeliver daily feeders, emphasizing completeness and standardization of sales data for tailored dashboards utilized by the sales team, compensation team, and top-level management, enabling efficient task execution. Develop custom reports, analyze data patterns, and construct dashboards based on stakeholder requirements. Address and resolve sales data-related queries from stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making processes.About the TeamJoin our esteemed Sales Operations Team in India as a Senior Sales Analyst, where you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of 5 members across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Noida.
