We strive for real impact.We are in search of a talented Jr Visual Designer who possesses the desire to solve complex problems with data-informed solutions and is open to working with AI technology and innovating with AI designs. This individual will be a core member of our expanding design team, contributing to the development of a best-in-class Enterprise SaaS product with desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces. Visual Designers at ServiceTitan produce visually stunning and captivating work that resonates with our users. They are creative thinkers who delve into the "why" behind design choices and communicate this through their visual creations. They are responsible for breathing life into design solutions that align with both our wider Product strategy and Marketing efforts.As a part of the XD team, the Jr Visual Designer will report to the Manager, UI and Visual Design, leveraging a diverse set of creative skills, a solid foundation in design theory, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to our Product branding.What You’ll Do:Create a suite of ongoing evergreen direct mail and email templates for multiple trades, from initial conception through to delivery, across an increasing number of mediumsDesign creative solutions that are engaging, inclusive, intuitive, and solve real problemsSupport the XD team as needed with assets that promote an exceptional visual language throughout Product; illustrations, iconography, landing pages, feature announcements, app assets, and moreWork collaboratively with the Visual Design team to create work guided by ServiceTitan’s Visual Design language pillars Strive to resonate with the home services industry and audience, while advocating for creative refinementChampion the tenets of good designBe an active advocate for creativity: come up with unique and creative ideas regularly, and be excited for growthLeverage visual frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelines across Marketing and ProductWhat You’ll Need:1-2 years experienceA design portfolio showcasing relevant design work.Proficiency in common design tools such as Adobe CC.Willingness to learn new AI tools and software, including WYSIWYG email editors and Canva.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse cultures and time zones.Strong knowledge of layout, typography, iconography, color theory, and composition.Exceptional ability to establish and maintain relationships across teams and functions.A knack for providing design feedback and a genuine desire for personal growth.Bonus if you have:Experience working with AI to facilitate designExperience working with a Design SystemExperience with UI and motion designExperience with FigmaBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
