This role is pivotal in driving marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our global marketing efforts. As a company dedicated to innovation, Blue Yonder is committed to delivering real-time insights and orchestration across the supply chain, improving customer satisfaction, driving profitable growth, and building resilient, sustainable supply chains​​​​​​. What we are looking for: Develop and implement marketing performance measurement frameworks and reporting to evaluate marketing activities against business objectives. Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of tools for maximum efficiency and impact. Partner with revenue marketing to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities, recommending improvements based on performance data. Drive best practices around data management and lead flow processes to make recommendations and improvements that increase speed and conversion rates.  Partner with business analytics team to ensure reports are available on key aspects of marketing performance Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making within the marketing department, leveraging analytics to advise on best-performing topics, programs, and tactics. Partner closely with sales operations to optimize total marketing impact through every stage of the end-to-end sales and marketing funnels What you will do: Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field Proven track record of optimizing marketing analytics, reporting and technology stacks in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing high-performing teams. Familiarity with the latest trends in marketing technology, automation, and analytics tools. #LI-REMOTE-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $129,622.00 to 197,689.00 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
