Motivate and develop the team as a player-coach to be a high-performance teamCraft a positive winning culture built on collaboration and shared accomplishmentsPioneer and develop innovative functionalities within the digital imaging fieldWho you are:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science.8-12 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. C, C++, Java, JavaScript).2 years of experience in engineering and technical leadership with people management.Strong technical skills with experience in designing & developing enterprise applicationsStrong working knowledge of software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/productsProven experience running or leading sophisticated projects through full product delivery cyclesProven track record developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towards delivering timely, high-quality software as a teamAmbitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to actionStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsProven track record in recruiting and building robust teamsSelf-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive the team to accomplish high-quality deliverablesExcellent speaking, writing and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower othersExperience working with UI Design based software, Desktop Software , C++ preferredAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
