As the world’s biggest online marketplace, we pride ourselves on technology-led innovation and want to help shape the future of commerce across the world.We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented performance marketing specialist to plan and implement programs across paid search, digital display, paid social advertising with the main goal to drive new buyers and revenue growth through paid media channels.The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing with a track record who understands how pay-per-click channels work and can translate sophisticated technical concepts into actionable plans and strategies.The scope of this role includes countries in the GBH region – LATAM, APAC, EMEA - which requires flexibility and a broad mindset.Responsibilities:Own performance campaigns for GBH region across paid search, display and paid socialPlan, manage and supervise media budgets and projections while optimizing for ROI and various performance metrics (PPC, CPO, CAC, etc.)Manage agencies in crafting, implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing paid marketing campaignsDevelop recommendations for new growth initiatives, platforms and programs based on business goals, competitive analysis/benchmarking and emerging trendsPartner with a variety of stakeholders across marketing, creative, product, analytics, and finance to drive business outcomesKey requirements:Proven experience in paid search strategy and execution (AdWords, Google Analytics) at scaleExperience with A/B and lift testing, incl. bid models, feeds optimizations, creatives, and audiences to improve ROI and customer lifetime value while lowering CAC, CPO (cost-per-order), market penetrationExperience in paid social strategy and execution (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is a plusAnalytical background and understanding of data tools (such as SQL, Tableau) is a plusPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
