Job Requisition ID #24WD76858Position OverviewAutodesk's Digital Customer Lifecycle team is hiring a Platform Product Manager. Reporting to our Senior Director of Product, you'll partner with end customers, internal technical teams, business analytics and marketing team members. You'll help us elevate the user experience and digital functionality for our customers with horizontal capabilities that scale across the customer lifecycle. This is an exciting time to join our team as we're reinventing the digital customer experience for millions of customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prioritize a data-driven platform product roadmapDefine clear hypotheses and implement mechanisms to track success over time and identify opportunity for improvementsWork with customers to understand their requirements, pain points, opportunities and delights while translating the most salient areas into technical requirementsPartner with our customer teams to understand and articulate user points of view, and translate these into product requirementsPartner with UX team to shape viable user experiencesCreate and participate in A/B testing during product discovery to tease out the most impactful capabilitiesPrioritize user stories for sequential and focused team progress, balancing needs from stakeholders, customer pain points, and technology effortsManage backlog and prioritize development efforts, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in testingParticipate in improving quality testing best practicesBe an ambassador for quality and articulate the importance to product development teams and internal partnersNurture customer and stakeholder relationshipsCraft communications to stakeholders, communicating on deployment progress through regular product roadmap updatesEnsure transparency, agreement, and understanding of team focus and direction among extended team membersBe the solution expert when dealing with specialists and important partnersInfluence and participate where needed in go-to-market plans of important capabilities and features​Minimum Qualifications 5+ years product management experience preferably within software, SaaS, or e-commerce industries, minimum of 3 years of experience working on platform productsUniversity degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics)Demonstrated experience working in matrixed organizationAbility to adapt communication for different audiences (technical/non-technical, business stakeholders, customers)Deep expertise using data and evidence to propose novel solutions and make product recommendationsDesire to have impact on a critically important audience and make a difference in users’ lives and on our outcomesExperience working in Agile environmentPrior experience shipping new technical horizontal solutions and digital experiencesPreferred QualificationsMBA and / or PMP certification (or related certifications) will be considerTechnical background and end-to-end product development lifecycle experienceMobile experienceAgile certificationExperience with education platforms or digital transformationPrior experience as a Product Owner#LI-HybridAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
