As a member of the team, you will need to perform various warehouse activities. In the role you will perform task to include receiving products, shipping, sorting, organizing, storing, and staging NVIDIA products and packages for our campus. If you are passionate about getting multiple tasks done on time and learning about the field, apply now!What you'll be doing: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.Keep a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space.Complete daily inventory reports perform cycle counts and report any discrepancies.Follow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulations.Communicate effectively with customers and team members.Ability to follow the defined work schedule and carry out all duties that are assigned by a manager to ensure workflow and efficiency.What we need to see:High school diploma or equivalent experience.Familiarity with computer systems and inventory management software, such as SAP, Excel, words, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and tracking systems.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of International and domestics shipments.Inventory control and cycle management.Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with certification preferred.Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds and walk for extended periods of time.Effective communication skills enabling clear interactions with colleagues and internal customers.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks, and willingness to work overtime as needed.Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills to ensure accurate process and distribution of the products.Ability to follow defined schedules and carry out assigned duties to maintain workflow and efficiency.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Experience in SAP Receiving and inventory ERP systems.Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.Knowledge & experience working with NPI products in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, passionate about working in a constantly evolving environment with a positive attitude and approach.The base salary range is 40,000 USD - 69,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
