As the AppleCare BPR Manager leading all aspects of the AppleCare Consumer Sales Portfolio, you will have primary responsibility to lead AppleCare Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) project and program managers, passionate about initiatives that support AppleCare+ consumer sales growth. Your team’s responsibilities will include project prioritization, technological solutions and architectural decisions, resource-planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management, and readiness. Your responsibilities include communication and strategic collaboration with AppleCare business groups, IT organizations, and teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online, Retail Stores, Apple Services Engineering, Wallet & Payments, Operations, Strategic Data Solutions, and Geo Expansion. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years leading and developing teams 5+ years leading medium to large-size, global cross-functional projects Experience leading technical project managers and program managers Steady leader who maintains awareness of big-picture objectives while helping teams navigate the details Track record demonstrating thought leadership, innovation, and efficiency at influencing others Passion for motivating and encouraging teams to do their best work Hands-on approach with ability to dive deep into project details as needed Proficient knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies Experience with systems implementations (e.g., SAP, CRM, CMS, web apps, and reporting & analytics) Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills Proven track record of managing to deadlines and meeting budget constraints Effectively manage escalations and resolve conflicts Able to facilitate executive level cross-functional meetings and negotiate successful outcomes Experience in direct sales, warranty, insurance, and subscription services desired Excellent organizational and documentation skills Description Description As a BPR Manager you will: Perform all leadership activities for staff including recruitment, performance evaluations, professional development, and career goals, with a deep dedication to inclusion, diversity, and equality Manage project prioritization and allocate personnel to projects while balancing business needs and global/regional resource plans Lead projects and supervise projects implemented by your team while incorporating Apple’s standard methodologies in project management to ensure consistent and predictable delivery Coordinate the preparation of project documentation, delegation of tasks to team members, clear communication of project status, project risk management, change readiness, and post-implementation audit reviews Develop positive relationships and communicate regularly to key partners to ensure quality of products and services Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to ensure business project requirements are met with innovative and scalable technology solutions Identify and consult on business process re-engineering opportunities and build strategic alliances to enable key change initiatives Propose and implement strategic AppleCare BPR organizational initiatives Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $180,700.00 and $271,900.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
