Your Day to Day As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager you would be working on:Build and deliver a testing strategy that increases customer engagement and product usage from onboarding through renewalUse data to develop customer insights that inform your testing strategy and optimize existing customer lifecycle programsBe the voice of the customer and partner with Product Management, Design and Engineering to establish customer marketing best practices to help us meet our goals.Partner with customer success and the voice of the customer team to develop programs that address customer friction points that increase the risk of churn.Play a hands-on role in analyzing performance using tools like Amplitude and Mixpanel to set benchmarks, optimize existing tests, and inform future strategyPresent regularly on program performance and successes to marketing and product leadership teams, playing a key role in planning and prioritizationCollaborate closely with internal teams like marketing automation, product marketing, product, and customer success to help build and support execution of your strategyWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, your background will look like: 7+ years of experience running growth, customer marketing, retention, or CRM programs in a fast-paced, innovative environment (experience in product management, product analytics or engineering a plus)Hands on experience using marketing technology and analytics platforms to understand and communicate with customers (Pendo, AppCues, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap)A strategic problem solver who isn’t afraid to get creative and experiment with new ideas for solving old problemsComfortable with using data to set, manage and communicate priorities with multiple stakeholders.At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Learn more. Annual Base Salary Range: $101,000.00 - $167,000.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
