The customer is Adobe, and you will collaborate with the Customer Engineering Leader to operate this program. You are also the Voice of the Customer, representing Adobe internally, with your program management peers, product, and engineering leaders. Your deep skills and passion in structuring program and initiatives to meet outcomes, and your ability to manage teams through change are crucial to the success of Adobe as Customer Zero for this portfolio.Successful candidates are curious, have a customer centric outlook, business and technical exposure, proven presentation skills, ability to sift through information and see opportunities for growth. They are passionate about delivering high quality software to meet business use cases and possess the depth of soft skills to deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment. This role provides an opportunity to lead a critical program, with a seat and a voice at the table, to setup DX AEP & Apps and Adobe for success.What you'll Do Formalize/Evolve the Execution Approach to deliver the Adobe-on-Adobe Roadmap for the AEP & Apps Portfolio and manage the Program to realize value for Adobe.Define and Track Program Success Metrics and draw insights for optimizing execution.Influence and make trade-offs with Adobe Solution Teams for priorities and dependencies.Evaluate and prioritize Adobe Requirements and Improvements for AEP & Apps Solution Roadmaps.Drive issues/blockers to resolution and enable decision-making with data and insights.Setup cadence and prep for key meetings and communications and implement per plan.Be steps ahead in the day-to-day operations and highlight impending risks and formulate contingency plans.Exhibit motivation and a fervent dedication to improving the Adobe customer experience, with desired outcomes in mind.Be flexible and drive special projects or endeavors on behalf of the leadership team.What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in a technical field or commensurate work experience.Change Management Certification with 5+year experience as a practitioner in the Computer Software Industry.Program Management Certification with 10+ years in technical program management with cross-functional teams, within cloud-based software development, encompassing web services, APIs, and cloud computing.A Strategic Execution outlook spanning Vision to Value (V2V).Experience in representing customer requirements and use cases to Product & Engineering TeamsA robust technical foundation and proficiency in software/system design and development methodologies, including Agile.Critical thinking to efficiently drive programs to value and outcomes in high-paced environments.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,600 -- $313,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
