We dream in over 35 languages and share one mission: to engineer experiences that amaze.Role OverviewThe Program Business Operations Manager plays a pivotal role within the team, dedicated to managing the integration of our cutting-edge DS & AI software solutions into the companies support systems (e.g. trade structure, distribution networks, quote to cash, etc). In this role, you will work with pan-HP teams to program manage integration into existing system processes and introduce new processes to meet the demands of our expanding software business. Your responsibilities will include program managing system integration/set up, process improvement, industry benchmarking, and effective communication across various departments.This position is located in Fort Collins, Colorado; Palo Alto, CA; or Houston, TX.Key responsibilities for this role include:Analyze industry and competitor offerings to identify best practices and areas for improvement in trade structure, product support, etc.Program Manage the ACS requirements gathering, document process flow, and delivery of the Quote-to-Cash and support systems tailored to the business requirements of our DS & AI solutions.Validate integration requirements between CRM and ERP systems to support both sales and product support functions are met.Conduct regular reviews of operational processes, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to the Quote-to-Cash process.Foster effective communication and collaboration among teams, including Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Product Development.Develop and deliver training programs to team members on trade structure, support systems, and related processes.Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.Experience knowledge & skills:Proven experience (6+ years) in business operations, program management, or similar role in a company developing and launching SaaS software products.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.Proven experience in optimizing trade structures and developing product support systems, preferably in the software industry.Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and automation tools.Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and process improvement.Prior experience in the enterprise software market (preferable, but not required)Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.PMP CertificationHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:• Dental insurance• Disability insurance• Employee assistance program• Flexible schedule• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Life insurance Per the Colorado statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $118-150,000.
