Global Processes PMODescription -Within HP Sales Operations, our Global Accounts Operations – Process team is driving best-in-class process optimization aiming to enable the best customer experience for the HP Global accounts.As Global Processes PMO you will define, implement and program manage short, mid and long-term improvement initiatives for our global accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of solutions to enhance Global Customer Experience, measured by p-NPS (purchase net promoter scoreManage Global operations plan of record (POR) tracking development and deployment of key transformation and improvement projectsDrive simplification, consistency, and automation of Global operational processes to drive efficiencies and employee experienceSupport the evolution of Global Operating model by leading the improvement plan for account reporting & QBR Global reporting capabilities & automation; Work with Global community (AOM, Sales, CSSM, Category, Supply Chain) to identify improvement opportunities and collect requirementsContinuously evolve Global operational controls and KPIs dashboardFacilitate standardization of processes, tools and operating model improvements across marketsLead large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Lead all involved organizations to ensure progress as per plan, drive project governance process.Participates in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers.Education and Experience:First-level university degree as a minimum; advanced university degree preferred.3+ years of process improvement / quality improvement & overall project management experience.Knowledge and skills:Mastery in EnglishProven track record of program / project management of large-scale initiatives impacting sales, partners or customersAbility to lead complex improvements with thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire and drive individuals across multiple initiatives to deliver a common objective, even in a virtual environmentSuperior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), organizational abilities, leadership, consulting, influence and negotiating skills.Confident and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of management, delivering a combination of consensus and directive driven interactionSelf-motivated, proactive attitude, good decision maker.Preferred:Advanced understanding of operational processes in similar large technology companies, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements, solid financial & business acumenPMP and/or LSS certificationWe are looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
