We steadfastly commit to crafting a diverse and inclusive work environment for all employees and strongly encourage women and underrepresented groups to apply.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of software solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance applications.Apply best practices in software engineering, ensuring code quality and reliability.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.Participate in architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.Troubleshoot production bugs.Be proactive to enhance current processes.Document & help another team apply best practices.Automate operational processes as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.Around 7 years of relevant experience in Software Development. Strong knowledge in Back-End (Node.js development, experience with asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and building scalable applications). Experience with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL. Demonstrated working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows (i.e., pull requests, code merge).Advanced verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Ability to work independently under a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. Nice to Have: Full Stack Developer with experience in both FE (ReactJS) and BE (NodeJS/AWS Lambda).Experience on cloud-based platform, i.e., AWS Cloud/Lambdas/Docker.About HP: HP is a technology company operating in over 180 countries, dedicated to creating technology that improves lives worldwide.
