Learning and Development Program ManagerDescription -Learning and Knowledge Manager – Roles and Responsibilities Learning and KM Strategy Developing a knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy Develop the learning and development strategy for the organization Create and Maintain Knowledge Assets Identifying core knowledge assets within the business and develop and implement a strategy for managing and preserving the organization’s knowledge capital assets  Driving the production/maintenance of SOPs, training programs, and development courses to enhance knowledge use within the company. Create and oversee the execution of plans to capture, store, share, and use organizational knowledge Develop policies, procedures, and systems to ensure that knowledge assets are managed effectively            Implement and Drive Learning and KM Helping to develop a company’s culture by offering training and workshops that foster collaboration among employees from different departments and levels within the organization Defining learning blueprints that provide skillset development for every job grade and level. Planning and implementing training programs for employees based on their roles within the organization Work with middle managers to ensure that KM activities are integrated into the day-to-day operations of the organization. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Create and execute learning strategies and programs in association with India L&D and external vendors Manage the budget for knowledge management initiatives Curating and managing a diverse spectrum of training models. Evaluate existing knowledge management tools and technologies and make recommendations for new or improved solutions Investigating technological or operational solutions to improve organizational knowledge use and access. Learning and Knowledge Manager - KM Requirements A graduate degree in business management, operations, or IT. 8 – 12 years' experience in a knowledge or information-related field. 5+ years’ experience managing, coaching, and improving the performance of employees through learning & development. The ability to successfully drive organizational change. Experience managing learning programs with a variety of learning & development roles, including learning business partners, project managers, curriculum designers and developers, instructors, and learning platform administrators to develop, deliver and optimize technical training. Proactive approach to knowledge acquisition, retention, and application across all business operations. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful knowledge management programs In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies for knowledge management Experience working in a global organization Significant experience with effective learning and development methods Experience in project management and budgeting Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking Training/Coaching certifications are an advantage Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Certification are an advantage Job -Learning & DevelopmentSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
