Events ManagerDescription -Job Summary:The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of our trade shows and customer experience events. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 10 years in event management, with a strong focus on trade shows and customer-centric experiences. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can successfully deliver memorable events that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our sales and marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy: Develop and implement an event strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity, ensuring that trade shows and customer experiences are seamlessly integrated into overall marketing plans.Event Planning: Plan and manage all aspects of trade shows and customer experience events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor selection, venue sourcing, and contract negotiations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure events are aligned with business objectives and messaging.Vendor Management: Select and manage third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of events, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.Event Execution: Oversee on-site event logistics, including booth setup, signage, registration, staffing, AV requirements, and any other event-related details. Cost Control: Monitor and manage event budgets throughout the planning and execution phases, ensuring adherence to allocated funds and seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality and impact of the events. Vendor and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the most favorable terms and pricing, effectively managing costs within the allocated budget.Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate financial resources to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for each event, balancing cost considerations with the overall goals and expected outcomes.Budget Compliance: Ensure that all financial activities related to events align with the company's financial policies, procurement procedures, and overall budgetary constraints.Measurement and Analysis:  Develop essential key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for assessing the effectiveness of events. Deliver post-event analysis and reporting to gauge return on investment (ROI) and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.  Events should contribute to both Marketing and Sales funnels while working towards achieving our overall business objectives.
