Business Planning Business Management LeadDescription -JOB DESCRIPTION Develops recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans.Drives the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyse new aspects of business performance.Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used to drive business objectives and GrowthEstablishes the metrics required to measure business performance and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.Game Plan/ Super Flash and Budget Project Management & Slide DecksTimeless Planning and SBTN and Business on a PageResponsible for creating the process documentation and driving automation for real time decision making in the Business.Leads highly complex, time- sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.Identifies or develops cutting- edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.Partners with business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutionsManages quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to support multiple, large projects.Contributes to proactive business planning activities and priority projects.Identify Key Sales Drivers with RTMIdentify key Priorities for growth drivers.GTM Engagement Lead (Responsible to Plan and Drive ST & SO outcomes; Key Print GTM Initiatives & Metric responsibility) – Extension of Category Sales for India Market and Carries Revenue and Margin Goals.Knowledge and SkillsExtensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.Extensive knowledge of how to analyse business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling.Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting (Required to drive GTM outcomes)Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.Impact/ScopeLeads efforts to develop innovative business models and analyses to support multiple, large projects.Manages proactive business planning activities and priority projects.Decision-making implications extend to multiple functions and/or businesses, and impact the business directly.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred CertificationsNACross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityComplexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
