In collaboration with other Business Units, he/she is expected to consistently deliver tasks and projects within the SDR support field to the highest standards. These responsibilities entail leveraging a variety of databases and tools including MS Apps, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SFDC, and SalesLoft.The four core elements of the SDS role are:Data Scrubbing and Persona ResearchSDR Operation SupportCampaign Readiness and ReportingSalesLoft Support and other Marketing Operations assistanceKey Areas of Responsibilities:The SDS applicant must possess a strong skill set that proves invaluable in facilitating the following data management requirements and other activities stated below, while closely collaborating with the SDR Team.1. Research and Validate CRM data.- Data acquisition using internal & external subscription databases like LinkedIn, 3Sense, SalesLoft, etc. for additional key contacts within new and existing companies, and to verify lead, contact, and account data for alignment and routing purposes.- Review Genesys anonymous web activity, and research-related contacts to add to CRM.- Determine and accomplish manual lead and account routing.Sort out non-workable inquiries and update their lead status and ownership to remove them from the lead flow.- Update missing information from lead/contact records (Email addresses, State, Country, Industry, Persona)- Clear bogus values on inquiries (false phone numbers, job titles, emails)Assign Inquiries to Marketing Campaign or Nurture Path(s) based on interest, Persona, and Ideal Company Profile criteria.- Research inquiries in LinkedIn & subscription databases to populate missing information.- Merge duplicate lead records.- Monitor and convert enterprise and customer lead records to contacts when automation fails.2. Customer and Prospect Research and Handling- Identifies prospect and customer company initiatives and strategic accounts.- Add all relevant information uncovered during research efforts to SFDC.- Assist the lead management team in managing customer activity in the CRM system by:*Assessing customer activity*Updating the lead status*Creating tasks for the lead managers to review*Recycling leads*Notifying the lead manager or account executive of the activity*Reporting on customer activity in a regular cadence*Sometimes outbound calling, when required.3. SDR Operations Support- Reassignment of failed auto-assignment for leads- Reassignment for accounts to SDRs- New Hire Dashboard creation- Maintenance and clean-up of the SDR Support Dashboard- Opportunity audits support4. Lead Generating Campaigns- All campaign readiness-related tasks (campaign missing information chase)- All campaign insights-related reporting (campaign progressions, success rates, analytics, feedback, etc.)Desired Qualifications & Skills:Relevant BA/BS degree College/university degreeHas at least 2-3 years of solid experience in a similar role.Has at least one year of solid experience in using Salesforce and SFDC Reports.
