At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!    The Role: Live Nation is seeking a qualified individual for a Ticketing Sr. Manager position for the Concerts division.  This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with tour partners of all levels, an ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure, and ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a venue box office or similar ticketing role working with ticketing software.  The ability to communicate with respect and diplomacy across all levels of business is essential to this position.  Maintaining knowledge of current ticketing trends in entertainment industry is an essential element to this position.   *This is a hybrid role, that can work from home on non-show days, but is onsite at the various venues for show days.* Responsibilities: Serve as the primary ticketing point of contact and own the ticketing process for Live Nation’s marquee nationally promoted tours playing in San Diego market. Support talent buyers and venue partners on all operational aspects related to ticketing for Live Nation's largest clients.  Implement and execute ticketing focused revenue-maximization opportunities in partnership with talent buyers.  Communicate and oversee the setup of all required ticket offers, pricing programs, inventory allocations and other ticketing information for show builds.  Monitor and maintain event inventory and seat holds, releases, flex pricing, rescaling and dynamic pricing for assigned shows. QA events to ensure accurate and consistent event information and set-up. Work regularly with promoters, venue teams, Ticketmaster staff, Live Nation Ticketing staff, vendors, customers, and affiliated parties.  Develop strong working relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure ticketing needs are met.  Manage box office staff as needed at events.  Oversee show ticket requests.  Adhere to Live Nation ticketing initiatives, programs, policies and procedures. On-site support at local events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience  5+ years as a Box Office Manager or Ticketing representative  Experience and proficiency with multiple Ticketing systems including, but not limited to, Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventbrite, Ticketweb, SeatGeek  Stadium or Sports Ticketing experience is a plus.
