Through the Vivian Health platform, we enable staffing agencies and healthcare employers to more easily find relevant talent, communicate more efficiently, and make better hiring decisions, ultimately enabling them to serve patients more safely and effectively.   The Role:  This role is highly strategic and impactful as it touches all aspects of Vivian Health’s two-sided marketplace. It is a rare role that entails both Direct to Consumer and B2B aspects of Lifecycle Marketing.  The Sr. Manager or Director of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of Vivian Health's lifecycle marketing strategy. This includes developing and executing email, SMS, push notification, and other marketing campaigns that engage and retain users throughout their journey on the platform.  The ideal candidate will have an unique blend of customer obsession, strategic thinking, customer lifecycle marketing fundamentals, marketing analytics, and a bias for action to get things done. It’s a plus if the candidate has prior performance marketing and/or brand marketing experience. The Responsibilities:  Own, develop and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy for Vivian Health Lead, develop and coach a small team of lifecycle marketers into a world-class lifecycle marketing team Work closely with paid marketing, data , product marketing, B2B marketing, Brand, product, sales and client success teams to align roadmaps and ensure cross functional success Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in lifecycle marketing (strategy, framework, technology, tools, and analytics)  The Skill Set:  7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. It’d be a plus if the candidate has both D2C and B2B lifecycle marketing experience. Proven track record of developing a lifecycle market strategy from the ground up, executing and scaling lifecycle marketing programs within high growth organizations. A strategic marketing leader but can also roll up the sleeves to execute in a fast paced environment. A strong leader, coach and mentor who builds and grows high performing teams Curious, analytical and data driven. Strong inclination to ask “why” five times to get to the root cause of a problem. Familiar with test design and how to read result with stat sig Prior experience with CRM platforms such as Braze and Iterable. Braze experience is a big plus 2-sided marketplace experience would be a plus Experience with mobile app life cycle marketing is a plus Experience with job board / career site would also be helpful Collaborative and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate to executive audiences The salary, benefits and perks: The range for this position is $130,000-$200,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
