Who you are As Business Operations Lead, you will play an integral role in enabling effective business operations across the company as we scale rapidly. You will ensure key processes are seamless, communication is clear and perspectives are grounded in data. You will create and coordinate presentations for both internal and external audiences, lead meetings and run key processes. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role, regularly interfacing with leadership as well as the broader company.    What you'll do Run the quarterly company-wide goal setting  process from initial planning to rollout and ongoing performance evaluation and tracking with an emphasis on structure and outcomes.  Lead key meetings from agenda development and facilitation through follow up communication.  Create an efficient and organized process for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to enable effective communication around the state of the business to both internal and external audiences.  Create content for leadership and company-wide meetings and initiatives as well as board of directors' meetings as necessary. Lead data analysis and build reports for investor and company-wide purposes. Support the strategic planning process and coordinate across departments to shepard special projects to completion with the Chief of Staff.   What we’re looking for    At HopSkipDrive, we know that to tackle our toughest challenges, we need different approaches, unique perspectives, and new ways of thinking.  We are building a team of creative problem-solvers from many different backgrounds looking for a challenging and rewarding experience.    What you'll need 5+ years experience driving superior results in a strategy, business operations or project management role  within fast-paced business environments.  Excellent written and verbal  communication skills. You can distill complex information into clear, digestible summaries that drive desired outcomes. Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities and switch quickly between divergent workflows.  Excellent listening, collaboration and interpersonal  skills. You have high EQ and can readily develop trust and credibility across all levels.  Ability to operate with a high level of discretion.  Strong executive presence. Able to interact effectively with C-level audiences. Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills required. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
