The Uniswap Protocol is the largest decentralized trading and automated market making protocol (often called a DEX, “Decentralized Exchange”) on Ethereum.
The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap Labs ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to work out of our Soho NYC HQ Office. This individual will be responsible for the performance and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and services in the Soho office location (must be willing to be onsite) and for our remote employees.
What you will do
Manage our office IT setup. Internet, network, videoconferencing, etc
Lead our MDM, Google Workspace and secure hardware efforts
Troubleshoot any IT issues within the company, in-person and remote
IT & tech support for onboarding processes including initial account creation and new hire laptop set up
Collaborate with our Engineering team to improve our IT systems
Manage and administrate SaaS products and tools
Primary Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support our fleet of Mac laptops (with a few windows ones), printers, mobile devices, testing phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment
Take ownership of IT incidents and ensure issue resolution and employee satisfaction
Support security in maintaining access to applications via SSO, adding and managing SSO applications as well as ensuring MDM configurations are up to date
Manage our MDM tools and configurations and make sure they are working correctly
Ensure all users are running the latest updated and patched applications and remediate where necessary
Provide support for Multifactor Authentication and SSO (Single Sign On)
Contribute to the continuous process improvement of IT Support, IT incident handling and overall IT systems
Provide employees with a single point of contact for IT Service activities, problems, incidents and request items
Create and maintain user accounts in our SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc)
Keep accurate notes of issues and troubleshooting steps taken within our ticketing system
Perform post-resolution follow ups with end user and team members as required
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems; alert management to emerging trends in incidents
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in an IT/Corp Sec role
Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining Mac OS and Windows-based systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues in a timely and effective manner
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting video conferencing systems and collaboration tools
Familiarity with administering SaaS products and cloud-based tools (e.g., Okta for Single Sign-On)
Excellent technical support and customer service skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
This position is required to be full-time in our SoHo office
Minimum full-time salary of $137,000-$190,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
