Smartsheet is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this client facing role, you will engage the prospects and customers we work with to identify opportunities for our Sales Teams. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a competitive mindset who are looking to build a Sales career at Smartsheet.
You will report to the Manager of Sales Development and work hybrid/remote in the Costa Rica office.
You Will:
Qualify and schedule Schedule meetings for the Account Executive team that lead to high quality pipeline
Engage and qualify prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting
Maintain a volume of activity via calls and emails that align with clearly communicated metrics
Leverage a best in class technology stack to engage with our prospects and customers
Partner with multiple cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to deliver the business goals communicated
Qualify and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team that lead to high quality pipeline
Enroll and complete our world class onboarding program
Collaborate with team members across multiple regions to share best practices
Develop a deep understanding of the value we provide to the markets we serve
You Have:
1 year of sales development or client facing experience
Experience working in a high volume, customer facing position
Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts
Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and delivering a response presenting Smartsheet as a solution
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
Team oriented attitude to collaborate around a common goal
Drive, Grit, Team-oriented: desire to compete and win
