Director of Demand Generation    About this role:  Nexla is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team. The Director of Demand Generation is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs to drive demand and generate qualified leads for our platform and nurture them into qualified sales opportunities resulting in new revenue. This role is crucial being a bridge between marketing and revenue generations. It's a highly visible role with very strong influence across the company. Location is Remote in the United States.  Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to define and align goals that reflect business growth plans and ensure seamless lead transition and feedback on lead quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to create integrated marketing campaigns and programs. Define and manage the marketing funnel, optimizing conversion rates at each stage to maximize ROI. Oversee digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing. Drive continuous improvement through testing and experimentation, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics. Leadership Skills Highly collaborative and able to work within and through a team to achieve stated goals Ability to initiate and lead crucial conversations and influence strategies and decisions of stakeholders and colleagues. Consistently sought out for advice by leadership, business stakeholders and colleagues Thorough understanding of various marketing channels and relevancy to achieve stated goals Proven experience collaborating with sales to drive demand and growth Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (MBA a plus) Minimum of 7+ years of experience in demand generation or similar role preferably in technology or professional services environment Proven success developing, implementing and execution of complex multi-channel demand generation strategies Proven track record of success in demand generation and digital marketing roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics Continuous learner with ability to adapt quickly to changes in digital trends and buyer behavior Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Compensation The compensation will be determined by multiple factors such as location, skills, and overall experience with the range being $150,000 - $200,000 total compensation. Employment includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, and unlimited PTO.
