The goal of the WW Business Development Lead, Apple Vision Pro is to business develop partnerships focused on spatial computing and other key Apple technologies to bring use cases to life in commercial markets. The role will require strong relationships to be built and maintained globally across internal Apple business development teams and externally with executives and business development leads of prospective partners. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 12+ years of business development experience around enterprise mobility, industry leading cloud solutions or advisory consulting, particularly around strategy and innovation. Experience designing partnership strategies, business cases and joint go-to-market plans. Proven track record of creating win-win relationships with partners, developing an ecosystem. Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer and partner endeavors. Strong competency of Apple platforms and familiarity with Apple’s enterprise ecosystem. Outstanding solution-selling skills with ability to understand customer needs and align Apple Vision Pro features to create compelling business outcomes. Understands the capabilities and needs across a range of sales channel partners and ecosystem partners to establish alignment on partnership opportunity areas. Excellent presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong networking ability. Has executive presence and is comfortable navigating a range of partner and customers project team engagements to executive team briefings and discussions. Experience developing project frameworks and approaches — leading several initiatives in parallel. Familiarity with VR or AR technology a plus. Description Description The WW Business Development Lead, Apple Vision Pro will be responsible for business developing strategic partnerships to accelerate spatial computing at scale in the enterprise ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships both internally and externally — prioritizing activities and acting as a coordination point between prospective partners, customers, legal, sales and marketing.
- Drive business development efforts with prospective solution partners.
- Create partnership frameworks and respective business cases to build advocacy and sponsorship internally and externally.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customers and partners are supported through a programmatic solution planning process to ensure repeatability and scale.
- Plan and deliver EBCs globally to align product teams, executives and sales team around common goals and opportunities to jointly pursue.
- Develop awareness of emerging Vision Pro use cases with industry incumbents, partner teams and key partner executives to establish consideration and new go-to-market opportunities.
- Inspire and educate partner teams and customers of key partners to build for Apple Vision Pro.
- Think strategically, build plans to achieve big ideas and execute flawlessly to achieve goals. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500.00 and $263,800.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
