Job Requisition ID #24WD76477Position OverviewThe Candidate Support Advisor / Recruiting Coordinator works with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting service organization. You are an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will run a variety of hiring related tasks and processes for 26 countries across EMEA. At this role, you will work with our Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers & Payroll (among others), supporting the hiring process.You will report into the Director, EMEA Go-To-Market & Customer Experience Talent Acquisition. You can be based in either Barcelona or Dublin and we offer hybrid working.ResponsibilitiesBe a direct line support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new Autodesk employeesSupport the business with job postingsSchedule Interviews & maintain the calendar invitesSupport with our candidates interview travel reimbursementsGenerate employment agreement & initiate Background investigations for new hires where applicableEngage with Candidate Support Manager, Legal and People Consultants if changes to Employment Agreements are neededShare up to date documents and information with our Candidates at offer stageManage hire processing in WorkdayMaintain data integrity, completing process flows and workflows in relevant HR systems including but not limited to Workday and Service NowIdentify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyRepresent the Candidate Support team in regional and global projectsReview and make recommendations to assigned projects and activities focused on process improvement, efficiency optimization and new ideas through enabling technology.Run reports as requestedMinimum Qualifications2-4 years of HR related experienceSolid attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesCustomer Service & Compliance mindsetHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levelsExcellent organization skillsStakeholder management skillsAbility to work and adapt to a fast-changing work environmentFluency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsPrevious exposure to a shared services modelExperience working with Workday and Service Now (or other ticketing systems)HR educationHR Knowledge beyond hiring operations (HR Benefits, HR Compensation, HR Policies, HR Legal and Regulatory Environment, HR Compliance, etc.)Ability to collaborate and be a standout colleagueAbility to identify problems, take ownership and develop solutions#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
