Job Requisition ID #24WD76812Position OverviewAs a Client Services Specialist, you will be an important part of Autodesk's support team, ensuring our customers' requests are actioned with care and understanding. You will ensure that customer and partner problems are correctly resolved in an environment of shared team knowledge. We ask that you have proficiency with Windows computers, MS tools and products. You will work with a great team of client service specialists reporting to a senior client services manager. We support hybrid working but would prefer candidates who live in commuting distance to the Dublin office so you can join for regular team meetings and social occasions. You will report to the Senior Client Services Manager.ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure Autodesk customers have immediate access to all software products purchased, including troubleshooting Autodesk back-office systems or using third-party tools to view customers' machines to determine the cause of access issues or other problemsYou will investigate, and respond to customer support needs and collaborate with other teams in resolving issuesYou will supply partner enablement and effectiveness programmes; including partner trainingYou will be taught about internal applications and platforms to assist our partners and customers to access our products and servicesYou will create content in a shared knowledge base for all internal Autodesk support resources and customersMinimum QualificationsYou will use Autodesk's Great Behaviours Guide for insight into the our company values and Ways We Work at AutodeskYou will have experience in Live Support, using multiple tools, including chat, email and phoneYou will be willing to work varying shifts and OvertimeYou will be fluent in English and FrenchYou will have great written and spoken skillsYou will be service-oriented and happy to provide a positive customer experiencePreferred QualificationsYou will enjoy suggesting new ideas to address problems or improve existing processes in collaboration with your team and colleaguesYou will enjoy research to find new information from different sources and add this to our databases for future referenceYou will have experience working in a customer service environmentSpanish or additional EMEA Language would be an advantageLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
