The candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management.Responsibilities:Lead a team of banking operations professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to banking operations.Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and other stakeholders.Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and internal audit, to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management.Provide guidance and support to team members on risk management issues and best practices.Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management in banking operations.Drive a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the team and across the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
