Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Summary:The Deal Desk Operations Manager is an operationally focused individual responsible for understanding Genesys’ evolving Go-To-Market strategy and improving the company’s related automated business processes. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to deliver world-class solutions that are highly flexible, scalable, secure. This individual will drive change on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities:Design and structure business processes and governance to transform and drive scale in Genesys’ Deal Desk function and beyond byDriving operational excellence via systems (SFDC, CLM and others) and process improvements. Assisting in the creation, management and improvement of business processes necessary for the Deal Desk team to operate and scale efficiently, while maintaining and documenting proper controls and governanceTesting corrections and improvements implemented in such systems, identifying errors and helping develop solutionsGaining understanding of important issues, challenges, and opportunities for our cross functional teamsRepresenting Deal Desk in key cross-functional workstreams where system architecture and process decisions are madeEnsuring that appropriate governance exists across Finance systems, processes and the data thereinBuilding documentation and then leading communication back to business partners (including Genesys Sales, Renewals, and other Lead to Cash finance teams)Identifying opportunities to improve the user experience across different touchpoints and articulate the dependencies and complexities across these touchpointsParticipating in the delivery of a range of projects, defining project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholdersMinimum Requirements:8+ years’ work experience, with prior roles associated with designing process flows for new offers or improving existing processes, either in Operations, Business Transformation, Process Improvement or ConsultingExperience with SFDC and a contract management system such as CLMExperience leading successful change management projectsExperience with capturing requirements and translate into systems needs/capabilitiesExperience functioning as a project leader as well as an individual contributorTeam player who has experience working within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguityExperience implementing and managing systems and processes used by go-to-market teamsExperience in SaaS or technology industry preferredExperience with IT tools such as Jira and ServiceNow preferredDesirable Skills:Self-directed on project management and running reportsStrong listening and translating into requirements capabilityDesire for continuous process and department improvementA strong personality and an ability to challenge, work with and convince key stakeholders. They will drive to outcomes with a determined focus to get things done#LI-REMOTECompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
