Our team is excited to take on new challenges amid the growing complexity of the global equity landscape.About the RoleWorkday has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator who wants to make their mark on our growing organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned stock plan professional with strong multinational public company experience, specializing in international compliance, taxation, and reporting requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the team lead for all equity related corporate events and possesses comprehensive expertise of the global reporting requirements for various equity types, including restricted stock units and employee stock purchase plans.Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including all equity related filings.Generate and review for accuracy, recurring and ad-hoc reporting related to Section 16, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and the Proxy Statement.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and foreign regulations along with securities laws.Partner with Corporate Legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans.Ensure the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensation.Maintain policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure compliance with internal controls.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of public multinational company experience in stock administration, accounting, finance, or related field.Experience with U.S. federal and state mobility taxation requirements.Experience with global mobility taxation requirements.Other QualificationsCEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.Understanding of accounting standards relating to equity compensation.Meticulous attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, able to research complex global equity issues.Experience preparing and delivering employee communications and education.Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex equity concepts and interact with all levels of the organization.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
