This candidate will be the go-to business partner for our executives and sales teams.  This candidate will be responsible for delivering data led, actionable insights that result in:Effective annual “go to market” planning (Plan the Business)Trends, insights and actions for “in quarter execution” of the sales plan (Run the Business) andIdentifying process, systems gaps or organizational improvements and streamlining it further with the right changes/implementation/execution while collaborating with other cross functional and global teams (Change/Improve the Business)This is an opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career with CrowdStrike as we expand rapidly.What You'll Do:Help build and execute CrowdStrike’s Sales strategies in the APJ theatre with:Work closely with Region Sales leaders to establish key business metrics aligned to sales strategies and priorities to drive growthFacilitate Sales Forecasting activities in partnership with the Sales leadership teamEnsure accountability from sales representatives to strictly follow CrowdStrike’s Opportunity Management Operating Principles and Salesforce Hygiene requirementsOrganise, Structure with good management of our Customers’ transactional data & hygiene.Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic & tactical reporting and presentations as required by business stakeholdersProvide leadership with data led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan (where to focus and why, progress metrics and reporting)Drive effective onboarding and training of Operational Tools & Processes for sales repsSales Territory & Resource Planning:Collaborate with APJ Sales Operations leader, HR, Finance and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plansSupport APJ Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Capacity Planning in partnership with Sales leaders, Finance, HR, Territory Operations Organisation to build scalable capabilities that support APJ growth plans and revenue targetsChange and improve the business to enable effective growth and scaling resulting in Sales Effectiveness and “Easy to Do Business With”Identifying, with data and root cause analysis areas for improvementParticipate in planning and implementing changesDevelop and enhance effective working relationships with global and regional functions across CrowdStrike to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the APJ business in delivering value to customers and to the CompanyTech savvy & excited to work in a fast paced start up environmentExperience working both independently and in teamsA quick learner and flexible innovator who thrives on constant business evolutionAble to adopt and lead adoption of multiple technology toolsProject manage the roll out of reporting, systems and processesWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative fieldRelevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, SecurityRelevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or IT functionExperience with Salesforce.com requiredMS Excel power userExperience with Business Intelligence tools preferred (Domo, Tableau, Clari, Power BI)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCommercial acumenDetail oriented and reliable with strong organisational skillsLI-SA1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across the globeWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
