The charter for the team is by using CrowdStrike’s platform capabilities and threat intelligence, build products and integrate with partner products and platforms to establish ourselves as the #1 EDR vendor in this space.About the Role:This is a Senior Technical Manager role in the engineering team based out of India that is respondible for owning and delivering the Falcon sensor for CrowdStrike IOT Product Group and support. The sensor for IOT verticals requires a different strategy and process to release a robust, stable, low overhead engine with vertical and manufacturer specific nuances and requirements. He/ She would work closely with product management to understand the customer requirements for various IOT verticals and define the strategy and delivery roadmap for the product.This person would also own the team culture and will be responsible for building a strong team of sensor engineers who work well together and raise the bar for a good working environment. The engineering leader will focus on the organizational health while meeting or exceeding engineering deliverable goals. This includes working across the organization and time zones for collaboration. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.The successful candidate should have had experience building and leading a team focused on building light weight end point products/ agents.
