The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Asset Management specifically in the SAP EAM area, with a deep understanding of equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, service procurement, and MES processes. A cross-functional experience of supply chain management, finance process, and production planning is desirable.Qualifications and Skills: Ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience in EAM including implementing preventive, calibration, and breakdown maintenance for manufacturing or life sciences industry.Candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP EAM configuration with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations.Experience in Integrating EAM with peripherals systems including MES and labelling systems.Experience in implementing external service procurement is a plus.S/4 HANA implementation experience is desirable but necessary. Exposure to SAP applications like production planning, costing, and QM will be an added advantage.Ability to Design, Build, and configure SAP EAM applications to meet business process and application requirements.Ability to independently work on SAP EAM configuration-related activities, integration with other tools and related project deliverables functional requirements, design documents, etc.Experience in mapping, managing, and migrating SAP EAM Master Data.Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.Should be able to drive discussion with the business and conduct workshops.Ability to manage conflicts and collaborate at levels of the business.Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsAll listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional tasks and responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesThis role will require working closely with various business & cross-functional IT teams and leading a team of SAP professionals.Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads, and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations.Identify and implement process improvements,Partner with service vendors to manage and deliver projects.Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.Gather and analyze requirements to determine if the best solution.Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives.Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process "choice points" to Global Process Owner and GIS LeadsAbility to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences.Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices.Performs other duties as required.All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional tasks and responsibilities.Illumina believes that everyone has the ability to make an impact, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunity regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, citizenship status, and genetic information.
