Your Day to Day As the Senior Digital Events Manager, you would be working to: Define GoTo’s digital events strategy and exceptional attendee experiences that drive attendance, engagement, and post-event follow-up for a mix of webinars, virtual events, podcasts, deminars and other new media. Enhance overall production quality and delivery to ensure compelling, tech-savvy, professional and repeatable events for multiple audiences including IT buyer prospects and customers. Utilize data and collective insights to constantly improve event performance, audience engagement, content delivery, and business outcomes. Ensure a connected experience for event attendees across GoTo promotions, pre-event, event, and post-event experiences, that result in increased engagement and event registration conversation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop repeatable playbooks, scalable results, ensure high-quality digital content and consistent delivery of events to accomplish shared goals of building pipeline and community. What We’re Looking For As the Senior Digital Events Manager, your background will look like: 8+ years of experience in digital, social and event marketing with proven B2B track record in producing virtual events and webinars.A self-starter with proven program management skills, driving vision and leading delivery for cross-functional teams. End-to-end ownership of overall experiences, including preparation of content and training of spokespeople, emcee experience, to drive clear and engaging events.Test-and-learn, data-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs and pipeline metrics. Proficient across various areas of digital marketing: social, paid media, analytics, and marketing technologies. Annual Base Salary Range: $96,500.00 - $160,000.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
