SC Digital Deployment Program ManagerDescription -The SC Markets Digital Deployment team, part of Supply Chain Markets and Logistics COE, is providing solutions and services to improve customer experience and evolve SC Mkts operations processes, focusing on digital tools for Customer Operations / Order management teams. The Digital Deployment Program Manager is tasked to answer key strategic and operational questions around HPs supply chain and support high value and impact decisions with automation and analytics expertise.If you’re looking to make a big impact using innovation and analytics on one of the largest tech supply chains in the world, we’re looking for someone like you.Key attributes for success are self-drive, strong leadership, communication as well as key business acumen.General responsibilities:Lead x-team efforts in increasing automation, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence adoptionUtilize analytical expertise, project management and communication skills to lead high-impact initiatives that improve TCE performance through innovation and automation.Frames business challenges, structuring analytical approaches, and presenting well-supported conclusions to management.Balance between deployment of long-term transformation efforts and daily operations management.Develops and maintains efficient day-to-day structures for performance-control, immediate problem solving and decision makingProvide quantitative and qualitative support for recommendations by leveraging team’s advanced capabilities in data analysis, automation, operations research, decision analysisWork with program managers and subject matter experts to develop content for presentations to executive level for cross functional alignment. Drive WW alignment for tools Support, Adoption, Maintenance, and Improvement (OSS Suite, 3W suite, WWBI, K-Mart, AI)Build a strong linkage between SC Customer Operations and SC Transformation in improving and adopting new technologiesFacilitates business and IT interactions and organizes governances to implement best course of actions on digital deployments, with high TCE focusCommunicates at L2 Executive level, act as business consultant to a wide range of programs driving Supply Chain optimization and new business innovation.Provide clarity of action in critical strategic decisions related to SC / Order managementEducation & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain functionKnowledge & SkillsFirst level university degree Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or Supply Chain may have advanced university degree.Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain functionUnderstanding of Market Supply Chain roles and processesExperience in customer facing activities and requirements with TCE focusExperience in driving high impact MOC activitiesBusiness requirements and business level understanding of S4 & OSSADKAR and Agile methodology training / experience is a plusExcellent analytic and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through both education and applied experience in advanced analytics.Proven performance in projects requiring analytics, project management and problem solving skills.Very strong presentation and communication skills; ability to communicate crisply and efficiently is essential.Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and convey ideas to cross-functional teams and all levels of managementGood knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
